Return Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will be glad to issue a refund or exchange.
ShopReddGolf.com will not accept returns on custom orders, including logoed merchandise unless damaged or defective in material or workmanship. All shoe sales are final; no refunds or merchandise credits will be given.
Returns/Exchanges:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please contact Customer Service Toll Free at 877.776.5033 or email us at: sales@shopreddgolf.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization. The merchandise must include original packaging and invoice and be in new condition. All returns must arrive to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Credit Card Refunds:
On returns, we can only credit the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
